April 18, 2026 at 12:57 pmI hired this photography studio for my Roce ceremony and second day events in November 2025. Unfortunately, I have still not received any photos or videos from them.
They collected the full payment on the second day and assured me that the soft copies would be delivered within a few weeks in December 2025. However, that deadline passed with no delivery. Later, they told me to come after three months to select the pictures, which again was not properly followed through. They had also promised to create a reel, which has not been delivered either.
What’s even more disappointing is that I’ve seen them deliver photos for another Roce event that took place in January 2026, while my work from November 2025 is still pending.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking this studio. The service has been highly unprofessional and unreliable.
