It’s not only expert and quick dispensing to a large gathering an array of attractive cocktails & other variety of drinks served by smiling and attentive Bar tenders, but good suggestions of wines by smart sommeliers. Other aspect was showmanship of some good , glossy cocktails and fantastic Display of Liquor Bottles n Glassware. I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing John’s magic at mixology as he beautifully immersed himself in the art & imparted it’s nuances to youngsters from all over Goa for a demo session given at a Diocesan Youth Centre event.
You have a few who own a craft & I did find John to be up there. It was a good learning curve & the youth really enjoyed it! Thanks John & all the very best.

February 13, 2020 at 7:45 amThe second day in a Goan wedding is a huge tradition, let alone the huge preparations that go into the day itself. So when my family n I were discussing as to how to organise things for that day, I certainly knew w.r.t drinks I did not want to go traditional that is the normal hard drinks and soft drinks. I wanted to have something different which all would enjoy. So we approached John, to help us with the drinks part and needless to say it was one the best parts of the function. All were truly taken away by the varieties of cocktails n mocktails he made for the evening, and their presentation visually was totally on point. I could see people running back for more and more. The whole bar was managed by John himself with the help of another person and he did a fantastic job. Even after the event I had people coming and telling me that they enjoyed the day n specifically mentioned about the drinks. So would anytime recommend John for any function, because he made my traditional function not so traditional after all😊.

February 13, 2020 at 6:57 amWe approached John because we wanted to serve cocktails as something a little extra at our wedding ceremonies, rather than just the standard open bar. Not only did he help us pick cocktails with spirits that suited our guests, he also suggested cocktails and mocktails that suit my wife’s and my personality. In addition to that, he sourced the spirits, wine and beers that we discussed, provided appropriate glasses as well as the bar staff. His bar staff worked quite well with the caterer’s staff too; so, extra manpower was not required to take drinks back and forth between the bar and the guests’ tables.
John also arranged for a stand-up menu beside the bar as well as beverage menu cards for each of our guests’ tables, so people would not have to crowd the bar to see what was available.
All in all, he delivered exactly what we wanted, and we shall definitely hire him again for our next event.
