    Job Summary

    We are hiring a proactive Office Sales Admin (Female) to handle leads from across social media and digital platforms for WeddingsdeGoa, Photobooth and its verticals. The role focuses on quick responses, structured follow-ups, Zoho CRM updates, and good communication. The role comes with exclusive inhouse training with the mindset for learning.

    The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for couples, wedding Businesses understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, services and packages. Along with sales support, the role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM, assisting with monthly sales analytics, managing Google reviews, and nurturing relationships with wedding planners and existing clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle incoming inquiries from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website, and other digital channels.
    • Track and Respond professionally to all leads.
    • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages.
    • Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
    • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
    • Update leads, follow-ups, and bookings in Zoho CRM.
    • Maintain accurate customer data and records.
    • Coordinate with Photobooth Manager for event schedules and targets.
    • Request and manage Google reviews from clients.
    • Build relationships with wedding planners and event partners.
    • Assist with monthly sales and inquiry reports.

    Requirements

    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and CRM tools.
    • Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
    • Able to manage multiple inquiries and follow up consistently.
    • Organized, punctual, and target-focused.
    • Positive attitude with good people skills.
    • Prior experience in inside sales or customer support is a plus.
    • Freshers are welcome.
    • Only Local Candidates based in Goa.
